Physical orders are packed at our Bridgeville, PA location (19 Landgraf Ave) and leave within one business day after payment. Digital codes and gift cards arrive by email.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.05 and free on orders of $44 or more after discounts. Express is $14.35. Digital items always ship free by email.
How do I use the PLATFORM10 code?
Type PLATFORM10 in the promo box on your cart page. It takes 10% off everything except gift cards, which are excluded.
What is your return policy?
Unused physical items in original packaging can come back within 30 days for a refund. Digital codes and gift cards are final sale once they are sent. The full policy is on our returns page.
When do I pay?
Checkout reserves your order and we email a secure payment link. Once payment clears, we pack your order. We never ask for card details on this site.
