About these terms
These terms apply to your use of cartplatforms.com and to every order placed with Cart Platforms, 19 Landgraf Ave, Bridgeville, PA 15017, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Placing an order sends us a request to buy. We confirm it by email with a secure payment link. A contract is formed when payment is completed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we refund any payment in full.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Standard shipping is $6.05 and free on orders of $44 or more after discounts. Express shipping is $14.35. Any applicable sales tax is shown on the payment link.
Promo codes
PLATFORM10 takes 10% off eligible items. Gift cards are excluded. Codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.
Shipping and delivery
Physical items ship within one business day of payment to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Digital codes and gift cards are sent by email, usually within a few hours on business days.
Digital products
Software, subscriptions and gift cards are provided by their publishers and issuers and are subject to their terms. Codes are final sale once sent.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Supplements and personal care items are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting a new supplement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
